Refund Policy

We offer the following refunds for orders placed on scilla.com :
Refund Eligibility:
- The product purchased had a manufacturing flaw when it arrived.
- An incorrect item was sent with the order.
Refund terms and conditions:
- Order must be placed within 30 days of refund request
- Receipt or proof of purchase must be supplied
- Your refund will be given using the same payment method that you used to place your order.
Late or missing refunds:
- For credit card refunds, check your bank account again if you have not received your refund after 10 working days following refund clearance. Then call your credit card company; the refund may take some time to appear on your account. Please contact us at if you have not received your refund after doing all of this (email and or phone number)
- Cash refund: Please contact us at if you have not received your cash refund within 7 days of the date of refund approval (email and or phone number)
Shipping:
- There are no refunds on shipping expenses. The cost of shipping will be immediately subtracted from your refund.
